[ux,ui]커스텀 원형 로딩 progressBar 만들기

보통 원형 로딩의 색상 변경에 좋은 것 같다.

1. drawable에 다음과 같이 파일을 만든다.

2. 원하는 곳에 다음과 같은 프로그래스를 시전한다.
